Doula Services

Birthing and birth work can be a transformative experience of remembering, of reclaiming what is uniquely ours- ancestral, spiritual, divine or a rite of passage. Birth can be a dance between the conscious and the subconscious. It can be an act of remembering who you are and where you came from… the womb.  A doula can help support you emotionally, physically and spiritually.

While I 100% believe in your bodies ability to birth freely and naturally, I also hold space for the use of epidurals, inductions and c-sections. I support you to birth how you want to and help you and your family prepare for all potential obstacles and outcomes. As your doula, I commit to providing continuous support and containment for you, while you create your own transforming birthing experience of safety, dignity, and belonging.

Birth Doula Services:

• 1-3 prenatal visits

• On-call 2 weeks leading into estimated birth season (Aka “due date”)

• Labor and birth support (at home, birth center or hospital)

• Back up doula in case of emergency

• 1-3 postpartum visits
